Anjuknits is the creative world of Anna, a Finnish knitwear designer whose work blends Scandinavian simplicity with warm, modern elegance. Inspired deeply by Danish design, Anna focuses on crafting pieces that highlight high-quality materials, thoughtful fit, and harmonious color palettes. This autumn marks the release of her debut knitting book, Cozy Colors – Nordic Knits from Copenhagen, a collection that reflects her signature style of soft hues, tactile textures, and timeless silhouettes.

Details

The cardigan is worked seamlessly from the top down, following charts for most of the pattern. Begin by casting on stitches for the back, worked flat (back and forth). Shape the shoulders by making increases on every row. When the back is worked to the underarms, place the stitches on hold. Work each front separately, picking up stitches along the shoulder edges of the back piece. When both fronts
are complete, join them with the back and continue the body flat to the hem.The sleeves are worked in the round at the end. Finally, finish the cardigan with a button band.
