Order Preparation & Shipping

We prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible, using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Order preparation generally takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery times then vary depending on the chosen shipping method and usually range between 2–7 business days.

All orders are shipped from France, European Union.

Returns

If all or part of your order does not meet your expectations, you must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

Returned items must be:

• complete,

• unused,

• free from odors,

• and returned in their original condition and appropriate packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 15 days of receipt of the returned items.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon receipt of the returned goods may be deducted from the refund amount.
