We are thrilled to present Isager JENSEN YARN was created by Åse Lund Jensen, Danish knitting pattern designer, and its original name was ÅLJ. It is a rather dry and consistent, made of three strands, and we especially use it for textured patterns. The yarn has a lovely rustic and sturdy feel and ages very well.

We like to work the Isager Jensen using the following needle sizes for the following gauges / tensions:
Jensen worked single using needle size 3mm / US 2 1/2 / UK 11: 22 sts and 28 rows
Jensen + Alpaca 1 using needle size 3,5mm /US 4 / UK 9 1/2: 19 sts and 24 rows
Jensen + Alpaca 2 using needle size 4mm / US 6 / US 8: 17 sts and 24 rows
Jensen + Silk Mohair using needle size 5mm / US 8 / US 6: 16 sts and 20 rows

We like to work the Isager Jensen Yarn using the following needle sizes:
Jensen Yarn worked single using needle sizes 3mm / US 2 1/2 / UK 11 - 4mm / US 6 / US 8
