In case of preorders
If some of the yarns in your order are on preorder, your parcel will be prepared and shipped as soon as they arrive at our atelier. If you would prefer to receive your order in two separate shipments, we recommend placing two different orders: one for the pre-ordered yarns, and another for the yarns that are in stock and available.

Information about VAT
- If your delivery country is outside the European Union: You do not pay French VAT on our website but your order may incur local import taxes, customs fees and/or VAT depending on the local authorities in your country. These will be collected by your carrier upon delivery of your order and are at your expense and paid directly to your local authorities. That way you only pay one tax, which is the one set by your country.
Shipping to the United States
- Orders to the U.S. are shipped from France with FedEx International Economy.
- Typical delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on destination. All parcels include full tracking, and you will receive your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Since August 2025, the United States no longer exempts parcels under $800 from customs duties.
This means all imports are now subject to customs duty and a small carrier processing fee, which are collected directly by FedEx at the time of import (usually online before delivery). For reference, U.S. import duties on yarns and wool products generally range from 10 to 15 %, and FedEx’s processing fee is typically around $10 to $15 USD. - We prepare all customs documentation carefully so that your parcel clears as smoothly as possible.
- Most deliveries arrive promptly, and customers can follow every step with their FedEx tracking number.
We are also exploring future options to pre-pay import charges at checkout, so that U.S. customers can enjoy a fully landed price with no additional steps.
