The Biches & Bûches No. 23 is a big wrap but worked using needle size 4 mm/US 6 it is fairly quick to finish.

A few words from Astrid

Some years ago, Louise showed me a photo of a lace sweater knit in a big wool and i liked the combination of the delicat lace pattern and the more rough yarn.

I began to think about how I could transfer this idea into a different design and piece: that was the beginning of our wrap no. 23. It is knit in our Le Petit Lambswool held double for the two lace patterns, and the borders are in corrugated ribbing.

What is in my knitting kit?

You can see the contents of your knitting kit in the tab called "With your knitting kit", right next to the "Description" tab.

The wrap is worked flat in stocking stitch with two different lace patterns and a two-colored half-twisted ribbing. We have worked with two strands of Le Petit Lambswool held together throughout and the ribbing is worked with the two colors held single.

Original colors:
Color 1: Biches & Bûches Le Petit Lambswool, color Beige (held double - 500g)
Color 2: Biches & Bûches Le Petit Lambswool, color Blue Grey (50g)

19 stitches and 27 rows = 4" [10x10cm]

US 6 [4 mm – UK 8]

80x160 cm [31.5"x63"]

• Handwash at 30°C max.
• Dry flat on a towel
• Manipulate with care while wet so your knit doesn't get stretched
