Trame Pullover by Rui Yamamuro

Sale price€69,41 EUR

We are delighted to present Trame Slipover, created by Rui Yamamuro, Japanese knitwear designer based in Paris, and knit with Le Lambswool 🐚

'Trame, the French word for “weft,” explores the beauty of texture through a fabric that echoes the appearance of woven cloth. Small geometric motifs gently emerge across the surface, creating depth, rhythm, and a subtle play of light and shadow.' — Rui Yamamuro

Details

Construction
'The vest is worked seamlessly from the top down. First, the back yoke is formed with shoulder increases. Stitches are then picked up along each shoulder, and the front sections are worked separately with neckline shaping, until they are joined at the center neck. The front and back are then joined at the underarms, and the body is worked in the round to the hem. The relaxed silhouette highlights the character of the Trame pattern while remaining effortless to wear. Whether in rustic wool, soft lambswool, or a light summer blend, the stitch pattern transforms every yarn into a fabric rich with dimension and character. A versatile wardrobe piece, Trame Slipover is designed for knitters who appreciate quiet details and timeless textures.' — Rui Yamamuro
