Details

Construction
JILLI JACKET is a classic raglan cardigan with details including twisted rib, rolled edges at the cuffs, and a softly curved hem. The cardigan has a relaxed fit and a regular raglan armhole.
The design is worked seamlessly from the top down. First, the neck edge is worked, then short rows are worked to raise the back of the neck, and then the rest of the yoke and body are worked back and forth. At the hem on the body, short rows are worked to shape the curved bottom hem. The sleeves are worked in the round and finished with cuffs in twisted rib and a rolled edge. At the end, stitches are picked up and knitted along the fronts, and front edges are worked in double knitting. — Anne Ventzel

It varies from person to person how much positive ease you like in your clothes. Try measuring some of your favorite cardigans, to help you choose the right size for you.

I recommend between 20 - 40 cm of positive ease depending on the kind of look you want.

I have knitted my Jilli Jacket with 28 cm of positive ease

How to wash
Always handwash and lay flat to dry — Handle with care and make sure to stretch your knit to measurements while wet
