Pre-orders

If part of your woolen order are on pre-order, your parcel will be prepared and shipped as soon as the item has come back in stock. The delay depends on the item - please reach out to us via the chat to know about the delay 💌

If you prefer split shipping, we recommend placing two separate orders:
– one containing the pre-order yarns
– and one containing the yarns already in stock.

Order Preparation & Shipping

We prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible, using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Order preparation generally takes 1–3 business days (from Monday to Friday)
Delivery times then vary depending on the chosen shipping method and usually range between 2–7 business days.

Please note: Mondial Relay is usually a slower delivery option, so if the order is urgent, we suggest choosing another carrier.

All orders are shipped from France, European Union.

Shipping to the US

Yes, we ship to the US, and no Customs are not included in the price or in the shipping. All the prices you see on our website if you are based in the US is VAT free (which means the French 20% VAT is already taken off) - you will only pay customs upon receiving of your parcel. See details below:

Orders to the USA are shipped from France with FedEx International Economy.
The usual delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Every parcel is fully tracked, and you will receive your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Customs Update since August 2025

U.S. import duties on wool and knitting yarns are generally 10% to 15% of your order (which you then pay instead of 20% French VAT)
FedEx processing fees average 10–15 USD

You will receive an email inviting you to pay these additional fees online, or directly at delivery.

We carefully prepare all customs documents to ensure a fast and smooth clearance.
Deliveries usually arrive quickly and without difficulty, and you can track every step with your FedEx tracking number.

Returns

If all or part of your order does not meet your expectations, you must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).

Returned items must be:

complete
unused
free from odors
and returned in their original condition and appropriate packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 15 days of receipt of the returned items. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon receipt of the returned goods may be deducted from the refund amount.
