Details

Construction
Seaside Jumper is knitted holding one strand of Le Petit Lambswool together with one strand of Le Petit Silk & Mohair for the body and the ribbing. The work begins with the lower body ribbing, then continues in stockinette stitch, worked in the round up to the armholes. The piece is then worked flat back and forth up to the shoulders, featuring the Flower Buds motif. The ribbing and neckline are knitted in a contrasting color, and the small flower buds are worked using Le Gros Silk & Mohair. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up around the armholes, and the sleeves are worked top down and in the round.
