Returns

If part or the total of your order isn't satisfying to you, you have 14 days from the day you receive them to give us notice. You then have 14 additional days to return us the articles. The articles must be sent back to us in their original package with all items, unused, without smells, in a proper postal package.

To give us notice of your wish to return some items, please write to info@bichesetbuches.com. Postal return fees are paid by the customer and the product price is reimbursed within 15 days from the reception of the return.
