biches & bûches no. 32

mmmh, comfy as can be. yet still so elegant, with this light puffy look coming from the silk-mohair. on the photos, you see the beautiful wrong side of the sweater!

we have created 4 color combinations you can discover on the photographs :

05_ custom colors : you can choose any color of our "le gros lambswool" + one of le petit silk & mohair. you can discover all of the shades on the wool product page and just fill out the form underneath !

the wool : it is the biches & bûches "le gros lambswool", a natural and 100% lambswool from scotland. the other one is our petit silk & mohair quality (75% kid mohair + 25% silk from italy). the knitting needles are some circular 6mm / UK / US + 7mm / UK / US - which you can find in our tool shop !

kit sizes : each size has its kit !
pattern sizes : small / medium / large (all sizes are detailed in the pattern !)

the knitting kit : your kit contains the wool in the chosen colors and for the chosen model size + the pattern in the selected language + the little biches & bûches knitting pouch or totebag.

skill level : 2 out of 5
techniques : knit stitch + purl stitch + knitting with 2 threads + picking up stitches + 3-needle cast off + assembling the sweater using mattress stitch (everything is of course explained in the pattern !)
construction : the sweater is knit in reverse stockinette stitch for the body and stockinette stitch for the sleeves, the body is knit flat, bottom up, and the sleeves are knit in the round, top down. the sweater is knit 2 threads held together.

how to determine your size : you can take your favorite knitted sweater, worked in a yarn similar to the one you are considering, and measure its dimensions. it may not have the exact same shape, but it will give you an idea of the size to choose ! a sweater in thin wool is often designed a little loose, so it is best to choose a slightly larger than smaller size, and the biches & bûches designs are actually not intended to be worn tight <3
