BabyCocktails - Ocean Mist
Ocean Mist is another beautiful design by Thea Colman (BabyCocktails) and this time Thea has chosen the Biches & Bûches Le Coton & Alpaca for her design. The original color for Ocean Mist is the Soft Green Grey.
The Ocean Mist sweater is all about pairing an interesting yarn with undulating cables, and then allowing the character of both elements to really shine. The result reminds Thea of the smooth lines that ocean waves make in the sand underwater.
Details are bold and simple. Cable panels appear on front and back of the body, with stockinette at either side, to outline the curves at the panel edges. The silhouette is oversized and hip length, with generous sleeves – and Thea's favorite element here is the neckline. The split collar on this pullover is cozy and open and casual, complimenting the rest of the design perfectly.
