THE KNITTING KIT

This sweater is worked in two colors of Le Petit Lambswool featuring a motif in stranded knitting.

The patterns in English and French are included in the knitting kit.

The version in Burgundy Grey and Dark Rose Grey is knit by Melissa Ferguson.

CONSTRUCTION

The pullover is worked in the round from the top down.
The pullover is worked in stockinette stitch with a pattern in stranded knitting on the yoke and a knit/purl pattern on the body and the sleeves.
The collar and the border on the lower body are worked in 2x2 ribbing.
The sleeves are also worked in the round from the top down so you can easily make them your preferred length.

GAUGE AND SUGGESTED NEEDLE SIZES

23 sts x 36 rounds = 10 cm / 4” using 3.5 mm (UK 9.5 – US 4) needles over stockinette stitch and knit/purl motif.

3.5 mm (UK 9.5 - US 4) circular needles for stockinette stitch and stranded knitting.
You may need to go up a needle size for the stranded knitting.
3 mm (UK 11 - US 2.5) circular needles for 2x2 ribbing on lower body.
