Color B: 2 threads of color 2 held together (cuffs and collar).

17 sts x 24 rounds = 10x10 cm in stockinette stitch using color A (2 threads held together and worked in the round)

4 mm [UK size 8/US size 6] and 4.5 mm [UK size 7/US size 7]
