Fox & Folk - Verdure Shawl wool bundle
- Description
- WITH YOUR WOOL BUNDLE
The Verdure Shawl signs our first collaboration with Fox & Folk. We love the gorgeous shawl inspired by nature.
Norah talks about her inspiration
"My patterns are influenced by my love of classic designs, folklore, and traditional knitting techniques, with inspiration drawn from the natural shapes of the Northern forests I call home. My aim is to create timeless, interesting, and functional designs that work in any wardrobe."
Norah talks about designing with Biches & Bûches Le Lambswool
"The design features a motif of repeating deep dark lace and texture evergreens, and is punctuated by three subtle eyelet flowers in a clearing in the center of the woods. At each end a pop of contrasting color and tassels bring to mind a woven tapestry like the pattern's namesake.
My shawl is knitted in Biches & Bûches Le Lambswool which is a wonderfully soft and beautifully heathered yarn. It's truly a joy both to work with, and to wear."
